Thank you for a perfectly pleasant stay. Convenient hotel & tidy, its location is strategic in the Zoo. Large, neat room complete with basic buffet breakfast as well as bathroom. I truly enjoyed the staff, they are helpful.

Nice Customer Service, Free Fruit Basket, Convenient Location the staff was very friendly and accommodating during our weekend stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary fruit basket waiting in our room upon arrival. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.

Dirty Bed Sheets, Noisy Neighbors, Poor Room Service Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bed sheets left a lot to be desired, as there were noticeable stains and hair. Our neighbors were also incredibly noisy, making it hard to get a restful night's sleep.

The attention to detail in the newly renovated rooms and bathrooms is impressive. Despite not having a window, the rooms are surprisingly spacious. Additionally, the basic buffet breakfast provided caters to vegetarians.

We had a great stay at Cairnhill Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, allowing us to have a comfortable and relaxing time. The location was perfect for our needs, conveniently situated in a strategic area. We were impressed with the good water pressure and the fact that the air conditioning kept the room cool. The hotel provided ample hangers and complimentary bottles of RO water. We appreciated the presence of a water boiler and complimentary instant coffee and tea. The bathroom was also spacious, which was a plus. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall we had a value-for-money experience at Cairnhill Hotel.

The staff provides courteous service and the basic amenities are in good condition. The rooms, although without windows, are spacious and come with a basic buffet breakfast.

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel nearby relatives. The room was comfy with a kettle and clean bathroom. Staff were very friendly and gave us recommendations for nearby attractions. Location was key for us - we could easily get to our family's house. Overall a decent stay.

The breakfast was not great. Choices were limited and food was lukewarm.
